| | | | About Way of Life | Way of Life Literature is a 40-year-old Fundamental Baptist preaching and publishing ministry founded by David Cloud. The goal of is to stand for the truth of God's Word without compromise and to produce well-documented materials to strengthen New Testament churches in these apostate days.
Brother Cloud was saved by God’s marvelous grace in 1973 at age 23 out of a hippy lifestyle, and the Lord gave him a burden to communicate the truths of God’s Word via the printed page. Within six months he had printed his first booklet, warning of the dangers of rock & roll music. Brother Cloud was married to his wife Linda in 1976, and they have four grown children and seven grandchildren. Linda grew up in a non-Christian home in Alaska and was saved as a teenager after hearing the gospel preached on television and attending a Baptist church. She was called to the mission field while attending a summer camp. Brother and Sister Cloud have spent 25 years as missionaries in Asia and have had the privilege, with their co-laborers, of starting three Baptist churches, which in turn have started other churches. Way of Life Literature has published roughly 200 books in twelve languages, including the widely-used Way of Life Encyclopedia of the Bible & Christianity. Brother Cloud is the editor of the monthly O Timothy magazine, which began in 1984.
The aim of Way of Life Literature is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and to exalt the truth of His Word in this apostate hour through doctrinal preaching and carefully documented research. The name "Way of Life" is from Proverbs 6:23: "For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life." The biblical instruction that molds men to God's will requires reproof. It is not strictly positive. It does not focus on man's "self-esteem." It does not avoid controversial or unpopular subjects. It warns as well as comforts. It deals with sin and false teaching in a plain manner. It is reproves, rebukes, exhorts with all longsuffering and doctrine (2 Tim. 4:2). This is what we seek to do through Way of Life Literature.
Brother Cloud lives in South Asia, but he travels part of the year, preaching and researching. He built a 6,000-volume research library that is especially strong in the areas of Church History, Bible History, Bible Texts and Versions, ecumenism and apostasy.
Way of Life Literature is a ministry operated under the direction and authority of Bethel Baptist Church of London, Ontario. Wilbert Unger is founder and pastor of Bethel Baptist.

| | | | Jacob DeShazer | Christian Testomonies | DeShazer persuaded one of his guards to loan him a copy of the Bible. Although he only had possession of the Bible for three weeks, he saw its messages as the reason for his survival and resolved to become a devout Christian. His conversion included learning a few words of Japanese and treating his captors with respect, which resulted in the guards reacting in a similar fashion.[2] After his release, DeShazer entered Seattle Pacific College, a Christian college associated with the Free Methodist denomination, and began studying to be a missionary, eventually to return to Japan with his wife, Florence, in 1948.
DeShazer, the Doolittle Raider who bombed Nagoya, met Captain Mitsuo Fuchida, who led the attack on Pearl Harbor, becoming close friends. (For That One Day: The Memoirs of Mitsuo Fuchida, Commander of the Attack on Pearl Harbor, translated by Douglas T. Shinsato and Tadanori Urabe.) [3] Fuchida became a Christian in 1950 after reading a tract written about DeShazer titled, I Was a Prisoner of Japan, and spent the rest of his life as a missionary in Asia and the United States. On occasion, DeShazer and Fuchida preached together as Christian missionaries in Japan. In 1959, DeShazer moved to Nagoya to establish a Christian church in the city he had bombed [More]
| | | | He Is Able to Cleanse From Sin | The servant of God who endeavors to faithfully shepherd his flock does not labor long before his heart is made sad over the waywardness of some of his new found sheep. The infinite patience which Christ exhibited toward his converts showed His wonderful power as a leader and teacher of men. Search where He would, it seems He could not have found a more unpromising band of raw recruits than were His twelve disciples. They were self seeking, devoid of gratitude, slow to learn and even bold in denouncing their Master's plans as though they were His official advisors, yet all this never ruffled His patience or discouraged Him in trying to train them for His service. One of His first great tests was with John the Baptist, who, after such a meteor-like career of brilliancy as His forerunner, suddenly wavered and from his prison cell sent messengers to ask if Christ were really the one that should come or whether they were to look for another. Such a situation would have caused much anxiety for most religious leaders for fear the enemy would get hold of the news that the forerunner had deserted, and spread the report broadcast in order that they might permanently injure the work. But Jesus did not depend upon the testimony of any man for the success of His mission. After the messengers came He went calmly on with His work, and when there was a little leisure, He turned to them and said, "Go and show John again those things which ye do hear and see: The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them." He realized that the best answer to the doubting heart of John would be that He was fulfilling the prophecies which the forerunner had often read and expounded to the Jews.
Lack of spiritual discernment and understanding en the part of one's converts is another source of concern to the missionary. When Jesus was about to perform the miracle of feeding the five thousand he drew Philip into His confidence and asked him how they could feed so many. Philip, instead of trying to think of the Master's way of doing things before proposing his plan, fell back upon his own poor human calculations and lost' the lesson and the fellowship which would have done much toward developing his mind in spiritual things. Pastors and missionaries today are painfully conscious of the frequency of this defect among converts. Promising native Christians in every field have been entrusted with spiritual duties, and, failing to discern the character of the task, have followed in the footsteps of the chosen twelve.
Peter gave, his Master much care. One day he contended with the others over his natural qualifications for first place in the little group. On another day he contended with the Master Himself and denounced the plans He proposed, and again, on the impulse of the moment, drew his sword and slashed off the ear of an innocent servant of the high priest. Few missionaries today would consider such a person a promising convert, but the master missionary saw in him the promising apostle upon whose confession he was afterward to build his' church. This problem of "holding converts" has never rested more heavily upon any heart than upon the heart of Christ. So faithful was He to the little flock the Father had given Him that at the close of His ministry He handed them back to the Father with tae sublime words, "Those whom Thou gavest Me I have kept, and none of them is lost but the son of perdition." You will do well to ponder the secrets of His success as confessed with His own lips to His Father in that matchless closing prayer in John. One sentence reveals how He did it: "I kept them in thy name." Is it any wonder that He could say, "none of them is lost," when He was careful each moment to hold them as the property of the Father? His care over His disciples reached a climax of self-sacrifice when the band of officers came to arrest Him in the garden. Looking upon the helpless little band which had shared His joys and sorrows for three years, He turned to the officers, and with a love that was divinely pathetic said, "If ye seek me let these go their way." His master passion for souls made Him forget His own safety in that terrible crisis and exhibit that passion of love which made them speak and write so tenderly of Him in later years. [More]

| | | | Revival Movement Gospel Tracts & Printing | We distribute the Literature free of charge to Churches, Missions, Pastors and Evangelists in 170 Countries. Last year we used 1336 Tonnes of paper in the production of Gospel Literature.
The Challenge that we face is the huge number of requests that we are receiving from all over the world from many churches, missions and Christian workers asking us for large supplies of Evangelistic Literature. Often we have to tell these friends that they will have to wait several months before we can fulfill their request and often we can only supply them with a portion of the Gospel Literature that they can use.
In order to try and fulfil the many requests which we receive we have our own Gospel Literature Factory in Co. Down, Northern Ireland where we have all of our printing equipment for the production of the Literature. Each working day we use an average of 5 Tonnes of Paper. We have 3 large printing presses. One of these machines is a Web Leader Printing Press – most of the Gospels of John are printed on this press. We also have a Heidelberg 5 Colour Press for the production of the high quality colour literature such as the Children’s Bible Lessons. The most recent press we use is a Muller Concepta Web Printing Press where all of our Gospel Tracts, Scripture Booklets and many other Gospel Booklets are printed. This machine has greatly improved the quantity and quality of the literature produced. [More]

| | | | Faithfreedom.org | “Islam is a religion of peace”. This is what our politically correct politicians keep telling us. But what is politically correct is not necessarily correct. The truth is that Islam is not a religion of peace. It is a religion of hate, of terror and of war. A thorough study of the Quran and Hadith reveal an Islam that is not being presented honestly by the Muslim propagandists and is not known to the majority of the people of the world including Muslim themselves. Islam, as it is taught in the Quran (Koran) and lived by Muhammad, as is reported in the Hadith (Biography and sayings of the Prophet) is a religion of Injustice,Intolerance, Cruelty, Absurdities, discrimination, Contradictions, and blind faith. Islam advocates killing the non-Muslims and abuses the human rights ofminorities and women. Islam expanded mostly by Jihad (holy war) and forced its way by killing the non-believers. In Islam apostasy is the biggest crime punishable by death. Muhammad was a terrorist himself therefore terrorism cannot be separated from the true Islam. Islam means submission and it demands from its followers to submit their wills and thoughts to Muhammad and his imaginary Allah. Allah is a deity that despises reason, democracy, freedom of thought and freedom of expression.
I reject Islam a) because of Muhammad’s lack of moral and ethical fortitude and b) because of the absurdities in the Quran.
a) Muhammad lived a less than holy life. His lust for sex, his affairs with his maids and slave girls, his pedophilic relationship at age 54 with Aisha, a 9-year-old child, his killing sprees, his massacre and the genocide of the Jews, his slave making and trading, his assassination of his opponents, his raids and lootings of the merchant caravans and unarmed villagers, his burning of trees, his destroying the water wells, his cursing and invoking evil on his enemies, his revenge on his captured prisoners of war, his torturing of his captives to for greed and his hallucinations such as believing of having sex with his wives when he actually did not, disqualify him as a sane person let alone a messenger of God.
b) An unbiased study of the Quran shows that far from being a “miracle”, that book is a hoax. The Quran is replete with mistakes– scientific heresies, historic blunders, mathematical mistakes, logical absurdities, grammatical errors, contradictions and ethical fallacies. Could possibly the author of this Universe be as ignorant as it appears to be in the Quran?
Quran tells Muslims to kill the disbelievers wherever they find them (2:191), murder them and treat them harshly (9:123), slay them (9:5), fight with them (8:65 ), strive against them with great endeavor (25:52), be stern with them because they belong to hell (66:9) and strike off their heads; then after making a “wide slaughter among them, carefully tie up the remaining captives” for ransom (47:4).
This is how the pagans are to be treated. As for the Christians and the Jews, the order is to subdue them and impose on them a penalty tax, after humiliating them (9:29) and if they resist, kill them.
The Quran is alien to freedom of belief and recognizes no other religion but Islam (3:85). It condemns those who do not believe to hellfire (5:10), calls them najis (filthy, untouchable, impure) (9:28), orders the Muslims to fight them until no other religion except Islam is left (2:193), slay or crucify or cut the hands and the feet of the unbelievers and to expel them from the land with disgrace.
It stresses that the disbelievers shall have a great punishment in the world hereafter (5:34) and figuratively depicts a horrendous chastisement for them stating that they will go to hell to drink boiling water (14:17), that they will be engulfed in smoke and flames like the wall and the roof of a tent and if they implore relief they will be granted water like melting brass that will scald their faces, (18:29) and that “garments of fire shall be cut and there shall be poured over their heads boiling water whereby whatever is in their bowels and skin shall be dissolved and they will be punished with hooked iron rods” (22:19).
It also prohibits Muslims to associate with their own brothers and fathers if they are non-believers (9:23), (3:28).
As for the women the book of Allah is emphatic that they are inferior to men and if they disobey their husbands the latter have the right to beat them (4:34). Their punishment for disobeying their husbands does not end there, because after they die they will go to hell (66:10). The Quran emphasizes the superiority of men by confirming that men have an advantage over the women (2:228). It not only denies women’s equal right to their inheritance (4:11-12), it also regards them as imbeciles and decrees that their testimony is not admissible in the court of law unless it is accompanied with the testimony of a man (2:282). This means that a woman who is raped cannot accuse her rapist unless s [More]
